Fees for office consultation and for surgery are based on the complexity of service. We accept Medicare and Medicaid assignment and participate in most of the region’s health insurance plans. We are happy to submit your health insurance claim for you. If the cost of your eye care proves a financial burden, we will be glad to work with you to arrange payment options which are mutually agreeable. Please be aware that some insurance plans require a referral from your primary care physician prior to your visit.
